- Guidance to balanced decision-making
- Connection and conversation with other mothers in a supportive environment

It’s not that there isn’t information.
It’s that no one has shown you how to think about it.
Because in pregnancy:
- There is no such thing as “no risk”
- Every option has trade-offs
- The right decision depends on your specific situation
What you need is not more reassurance.
You need a way to make the decision clearly and confidently.

Foundations
When you join the Mindful Moms Workshop, you’ll also receive exclusive access to Mindful Moms Foundations—a self-paced learning experience designed to support you every step of the way.
This program is delivered across three on-demand modules that you can watch anytime, from the comfort of your own home.
Move from feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or anxious about managing your mental health during pregnancy to making clear, calm, and informed decisions with confidence.
Each module goes beyond theory, offering practical tools and step-by-step guidance so you can turn what you learn into meaningful, real-world action.
Module 1
Awareness
Why mental health matters in the perinatal period. Prevention is always possible.
âś” Mental health as part of health
âś” Biopsychosocial framework
âś” Early risk + resilience awareness
âś” Personal mapping
âś” Ownership of personal context
Case example & Workbook → fully personalised application
Module 2
Risk & Resilience
Opinions often differ because decisions are shaped by a combination of human factors, data limitations and individual perspectives on risk.
On top of this, each person brings their own risk assessment to the table, weighing potential outcomes differently based on personal goals, tolerance for uncertainty and past experiences, leading to very different conclusions from the same set of facts.
Module 3
ARC Framework
Putting it all together: ARC integration → decisions, clarity, agency, shared decision-making

I found the content was expertly curated, highly informative & addressed the complexities of medication management during pregnancy and the postpartum. I especially appreciated the balance between evidence-based guidance and practical case examples which made the material both accessible and clinically relevant.
