Mindful Moms Coaching
3 Month Coaching for Moms
There is no health without mental health and during pregnancy, that truth becomes non-negotiable.
Maternal outcomes are shaped not only by biology, but by the clinical decisions, risk–benefit assessments and guidance we provide during pregnancy.
Perinatal clinicians work within a landscape of conflicting evidence, evolving guidelines, ethical complexity and high emotional and clinical stakes.
When mental health is delayed, minimised or avoided, both maternal and infant outcomes are affected.
If you feel uncertain about how to navigate this complexity and support sustained maternal wellbeing including mental health, the Mindful Maternal Healthcare Program is designed to help you move from overwhelm to structured, confident clinical decision-making.

We’ll explore:
-
The spectrum from normal adjustment to clinical illness
-
Depression, anxiety, and related symptoms in pregnancy and after birth

How to recognise early warning signs

How to reduce fear while staying appropriately vigilant
The goal is clarity, not alarm.

What my clients have to say!
”
The workshop was extremely beneficial and has improved my prescribing knowledge and inspired me to do more reading on maternal mental health topics and women's mental health in general.
-Pharmacology Attendee
”
This has been a topic I’ve been longing for in a workshop as it’s a special interest area of mine, and providing evidence-based treatment in this part of a woman’s life is so important and so poorly understood by most doctors.
-Pharmacology Attendee
”
I found the content was expertly curated, highly informative & addressed the complexities of medication management during pregnancy and the postpartum. I especially appreciated the balance between evidence-based guidance and practical case examples which made the material both accessible and clinically relevant. I feel more confident in supporting my patients and families during this critical time.
