6x Monthly Live Teaching

Each month (6 in total) you’ll join a live theory session where we explore key topics related to:

  • Maternal mental health
  • Pregnancy emotional wellbeing
  • Postpartum adjustment
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Mindful motherhood habits
  • Managing triggers and overwhelm

These sessions give you practical tools you can immediately apply in your daily life.

6x Monthly Open Coaching Hour

(Ask Me Anything)

You’ll also get a live group coaching session every month (for 6 months in total) where you can bring:

  • Challenges you’re facing
  • Questions about motherhood
  • Emotional struggles
  • Situations where you feel stuck
  • This is your safe space to ask anything.

When one mom shares, others often realise they are going through very similar experiences, which makes this space incredibly powerful and supportive.

Private 24/7 Community

Mindful Moms Modules

Mindful Moms LIVE is a 6-month coaching and support program designed to give you ongoing guidance, accountability and community through pregnancy and the postpartum journey.

Instead of trying to navigate everything alone, you’ll have regular check-ins, expert support and a community of moms who truly understand what you’re going through.

This is your space to pause, reflect, reset and move forward with confidence.

Module 1: Integrating ARC - your questions, Your Context

Bring your questions. Bring what felt confusing. Bring what felt overwhelming.

We will:

  • Apply the ARC framework to your personal situation

  • Reflect on your own risk and resilience factors

  • Clarify what feels unclear

  • Strengthen your ability to make grounded decisions

*ARC is the framework to pregnancy decisions  you learned in the foundation course (included in this package too)

Module 2: Mood & Anxiety in Pregnancy & Postpartum

When are emotions expected — and when are they a sign you need support?

We’ll explore:

  • The spectrum from normal adjustment to clinical illness

  • Depression, anxiety, and related symptoms in pregnancy and after birth

  • How to recognise early warning signs

  • How to reduce fear while staying appropriately vigilant

The goal is clarity, not alarm.

Module 3: Antidepressants in Pregnancy — What Does the Evidence Actually Say?

Fear often comes from fragmented information.

In this session, we will:

  • Review what we know (and don’t know) about antidepressants in pregnancy

  • Understand how to interpret risk data

  • Discuss common misconceptions

  • Learn how to approach medication decisions with structure rather than panic

You will leave with a more grounded understanding of how risk–benefit decisions are made.

Module 4: Protecting Your Mental Health — Prevention in Practice

Mental health care is not only about treatment. It is also about prevention.

We will focus on:

  • Strengthening protective factors

  • Preserving stability if you live with an existing diagnosis

  • Practical strategies to reduce relapse risk

  • Building a sustainable plan for pregnancy and postpartum

This session helps you move from reactive decision-making to proactive care.

Module 5: Relationship with birthing partner- communication, expectations & flexibility

Having a baby change intimate relationship, many roles, identity changes and challenges and adjustment of everyone in family.

Up to third of couples separate during 1st year after birth of baby - important intervention.
