Does this sound like you?

Knowing the facts doesn't always make the decisions easier.

You've read the articles, listened to advice and tried to understand your options. But when it comes to your own mental health, knowing what the evidence says doesn't always make it easy to decide what's right for you.

Perhaps you're worried about making the wrong choice, unsure who to trust or simply wishing you had someone to talk it through with.

You don't need more opinions. You need a way to make sense of your choices and the support to work through them.

Perhaps some of these thoughts sound familiar…

The Complete Experience

Confident Decisions: The Collective

A year of coaching, connection and confident choices.

You don't have to navigate pregnancy and early motherhood alone. Imagine having a place to bring your questions, work through difficult decisions, learn from other women and receive guidance along the way.

The Confident Decisions Collective brings together my clinical experience, practical coaching and the shared experiences of women navigating many of the same questions and challenges.

This is more than access to information. It's a year of learning, reflection, connection and personal growth, with support to help you make decisions that protect your mental health while keeping your baby's wellbeing in mind.

The doors close 20 November 2027.

Your coach

I understand that becoming a mother brings questions, decisions and challenges you may not have expected.

I'm Dr Elsa du Toit. I've been a doctor for more than 26 years, and for over 16 years I've devoted my clinical practice to helping women navigate emotional and mental health difficulties during pregnancy and after birth.

As a mother of three, I also understand the many roles you're trying to balance – being a mother, a partner, a professional, and finding space for yourself in the middle of it all.

Through my work, I've seen how moving from uncertainty to clarity can change your experience of pregnancy and motherhood. It changes how you feel about yourself, the decisions you make, and the connection you build with your baby and family.

I created Confident Beginnings because you deserve expert guidance, understanding and support as you navigate motherhood! You do not need to figure this out alone. I'll share the same practical, evidence-informed approach I use in my clinical practice, guide you through your decisions, and bring you together with other women navigating many of the same questions and experiences. Together, we'll learn from one another, share perspectives and help you find a way forward that feels right for you.
